JVS ApartmentWorks® is a nationally recognized job training course for apartment maintenance technicians. This eight-week program offers job placement assistance and ongoing coaching. A high-demand profession, apartment maintenance technicians earn an excellent starting salary as well as benefits and opportunities for advancement. Applicants must meet these minimum requirements: • 18 or older • Intensive labor or customer service experience • Meet reading and math skill levels • High school diploma or GED • Must pass criminal background check • Classes are hybrid Additional eligibility requirements apply.
