JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for all table maintenance, resetting, and room preparation, as well as provide assistance to the service and banquet staff to ensure Member/Guest satisfaction. Consistently displaying the Three Steps of Service at all opportunities.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain Invited Service Standards as outlined in the F&B Service training program at high standards.

  • Prepare all bus and other work areas to be presentable and ready for service according to Invited Service Standards.

  • Maintain beverages and ice at acceptable levels.

  • Ensure breads, butters, candles, and all other table settings are at proper levels.

  • Set up and break down rooms as directed, ensuring proper equipment, linens, and other necessary items are clean and in working order.

  • Assist service and banquet staff as needed.

  • Promptly and efficiently clear and reset all tables.

  • Assist fellow Employee Partners, Members, and guests to ensure delivery of the Three Steps of Service without being directed.

  • Be aware of team members and the environment and participate as a member of the team.

  • Notify management of Member/Guest complaints at the time they occur. Practice good service recovery by rectifying any complaints as soon as possible.

  • Interact with Members/Guests professionally, helping them with changes and last-minute requests as needed.

  • Adhere to all of the various company, club, and department written mandatory standards of operations, policies, and procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc., all of which go to make up the essential functions of the job.

  • Demonstrate good teamwork and follow instructions well as directed.

  • Multi-task efficiently to keep up with business needs.

  • Maintain good conduct and safe working habits while in all areas of the Club and assure that others are acting safely.

  • Wear a clean and neat uniform that follows Invited and your property uniform standards daily.


SKILLS DEVELOPED:

  • Enhance skills in maintaining Invited Service Standards, ensuring all aspects of service meet high expectations.

  • Learn to efficiently prepare work areas and handle tasks promptly to keep up with service demands and maintain quality standards.

  • Develop clear and professional communication with team members, management, and Members/Guests to address needs and resolve complaints effectively.

  • Strengthen teamwork abilities by assisting fellow Employee Partners, supporting service and banquet staff, and participating as an active member of the team to ensure smooth operations.

  • Gain experience in identifying and addressing Member/Guest complaints promptly, practicing service recovery techniques to maintain satisfaction levels and uphold Invited standards.


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A high school diploma preferred.

  • Health card preferred

  • Ability to communicate and follow instructions.

  • Comfortable working in a fast pace in both indoor and outdoor environments.

  • Uniform requirements: black slacks, belt, socks and black non-slip shoes.


HOURS OF OPERATION:

Tuesday - Sunday: 5am - 9pm

Monday: 5am - 7pm
