Essential Job Duties:

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring that products are prepared and packaged with the highest standards of quality. Your role is critical in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of the production operations.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed.

  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before shipment to ensure only the highest quality products are sent to customers.

  • Production Assistance: Assist in the production of skincare products, vitamins, and supplements, including measuring, mixing, and packaging ingredients.

  • Receiving Shipments: Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of orders received.

  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring products are stored properly and safely.

  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of inventory, shipments, and production activities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issued related to production.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes and stand for extended periods.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

  • A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.


Work Experience Skills Developed:

Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday: 8AM – 5PM
