JOB SUMMARY:

Compass is an Orange County property management company that specializes in Homeowners Association and Rental properties. Property Management Assistants work in an office environment performing a variety of administrative tasks in all areas of property management. Provide excellent customer service for property owners, residents, homeowner’s associations and vendors. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and work within established office procedures to accomplish company goals.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Process property management documents such as contracts, lease agreements, work orders, invoices and insurance documents.

  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues that may occur at various properties. Problem solve while collaborating with various customers simultaneously (i.e., vendors, property owners, residents, homeowner associations).

  • Develop marketing efforts by maintaining the company’s website and Google site. Monitor and run social media sites including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.

  • Perform other office duties as directed.


SKILLS DEVELOPED OVER WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Working knowledge of contract law

  • Budgeting

  • Customer service (including business-to-business)

  • Time management / multi-tasking

  • Use of office machines and software such as Microsoft Office and Photoshop

  • Web development and marketing

  • Critical thinking and active listening


HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
