Job Summary:

Consulting firm the specialized in consulting, customizing, and training small to medium sized businesses in using ERP Software.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential new business leads through:

    • Cold calling

    • Emailing

    • Networking

  • Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team by setting meetings with account executives.

  • Operate as the first point of contact for prospective customers and build initial relationships.

  • Assist Sales Team with follow-up, scheduling calls, and scheduling projects, as needed.

  • Assist with Marketing business through social media accounts – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Attend mandatory daily 9am team call.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Basic computer skills required.

  • Previous Customer Service experience required. Retail or food service setting accepted.

  • Sales experience a plus.

  • Must be outgoing, personable, punctual and a team player.

Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
