Essential Job Duties:

  • Operate commercial fryers and other cooking equipment following established procedures and recipes

  • Monitor and adjust fryer settings, including fries, chicken tenders, onion rings, and other menu items, ensuring they meet quality standards

  • Maintain a consistent pace of frying to meet customer demands during busy periods

  • Prepare food items for frying, such as breading chicken or cutting potatoes, following standardized recipes and portion control guidelines

  • Ensure that all food products are fresh, properly seasoned, and ready for frying

  • Proper handle and store raw ingredients, adhering to food safety regulations

  • Monitor the quality and appearance of fried foods to ensure they meet the restaurant’s standard for taste, texture and presentation

  • Remove any undercooked or overcooked items from the fryer promptly

  • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency in producy preparation

  • Keep the fryer station and surrounding area clean and organized

  • Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures in handling and disposing of use doil, as well as cleaning and sanitizing cooking equipment

  • Adhere to the restaurant’s hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service

  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours

  • Support other kitchen areas when needed, such as assisting with food preparation or assembling order

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


Hours of Operation:

Monday - Sunday: 7am - 10pm
