JOB SUMMARY:

Da Loan Lady is looking to hire an inexperienced, unlicensed Real Estate intern who desires to become familiar with running and/or sub-managing the real estate operations of a small sole proprietor Real Estate office. The candidate will be trained in all aspects of real estate that does not require a license.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist broker with running the day-to-day operations of the real estate brokerage business

  • Assist broker with bookkeeping using QuickBooks

  • Oversee and prepare all listing files in Zip forms and coordinate print and online marketing

  • Assist with the day-to-day property management operational side of the business

  • Assist with managing problems as they arise

  • Prepare sales comparable listing presentation decks and MLS lists

  • Create and manage various social media campaigns

  • Act as liaison between clients and agents by coordinating phone messages

  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers, borrowers, and sellers)

  • Manage the day-to-day office tasks to organize the workflow and reduce inefficiencies

  • Maintain detailed notes from interactions with all parties

  • Assist with the conversion of our filing system (paper) into 100% web based. Scan and put into a drop box

  • Assist with scheduling inspections, property appointments during escrow

  • Party/Event coordination

  • Oversee business development with prospection clients


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent time-management skills, excellent customer service, extremely detail-oriented with great follow-through, sharp-thinker, quick on your toes, independent worker, cheerful, positive attitude, with an appropriate sense of humor, punctual, mature, honest, and dependable team player

  • Having a working knowledge of various design software (Adobe and or Canva) is a major plus

  • Comfortable working with a variety of clientele


WORK EXPERIENCE SKILLS DEVELOPED:

  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers, borrowers, and sellers)

  • Oversee and prepare all listing files in Zip forms and coordinate print and online marketing

  • Assist broker with bookkeeping using QuickBooks.

  • Proficient on MLS, CoStar, Yardi Breeze, QuickBooks, Zip forms, DocuSign, CAR documents, and with the escrow process

  • Assist broker with running the day-to-day operations of the real estate brokerage business

  • Assist with the day-to-day property management operational side of the business

  • Act as liaison between clients and agents by coordinating phone messages

  • Assist with scheduling inspections, property appointments during escrow


HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
