Essential Job Duties:

  • Drive company vehicle to visit 2-5 client’s homes per day.

  • Inspect and diagnose the garage door or gate issue.

  • Recommend solutions for current issues and preventative measures.

  • Providing the repair or installation of new products, replacements, retrofit products including motors and doors.

  • Safely use impact drivers, drills, and hand tools, including but not limited to wrenches, screwdrivers, wire cutters, etc. Some low voltage, safe electrical work required.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients.

  • Complete training and take test for Residential Installer certification through the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Background check required

  • Clean driving record with a valid license for at least 3 years. No more than 2 points on driving record in the past 5 years.

  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry for up to 50 feet.

  • Must be able to climb and work from a 12’ stepladder.

  • 1 year of sales experience and 1 year of customer services experience preferred but not required.

  • Fluent English speaker and writer.

  • Basic mechanical skills preferred

  • Friendly and professional, great people skills, independent leader and team player.

Compensation Package:

  • Training salary: $20/hour

  • Post-training salary: $25-$30/hour

  • Bonus opportunities, commission pay, overtime pay, quarterly bonus, and tips


Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday 7:30am – 6pm
