Essential Job Duties:
Drive company vehicle to visit 2-5 client’s homes per day.
Inspect and diagnose the garage door or gate issue.
Recommend solutions for current issues and preventative measures.
Providing the repair or installation of new products, replacements, retrofit products including motors and doors.
Safely use impact drivers, drills, and hand tools, including but not limited to wrenches, screwdrivers, wire cutters, etc. Some low voltage, safe electrical work required.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
Complete training and take test for Residential Installer certification through the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Background check required
Clean driving record with a valid license for at least 3 years. No more than 2 points on driving record in the past 5 years.
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry for up to 50 feet.
Must be able to climb and work from a 12’ stepladder.
1 year of sales experience and 1 year of customer services experience preferred but not required.
Fluent English speaker and writer.
Basic mechanical skills preferred
Friendly and professional, great people skills, independent leader and team player.

Compensation Package:
Training salary: $20/hour
Post-training salary: $25-$30/hour
Bonus opportunities, commission pay, overtime pay, quarterly bonus, and tips
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday 7:30am – 6pm
