McGuire Builders, Inc. is seeking Licensed Flooring, Painting and Electrical Subcontractors to renovate two model guestrooms at the Garden Grove Great Wolf Lodge (City of Garden Grove, California). Please note that this a prevailing wage project.
Work consists of installing new LVT flooring and rubber base, painting of walls, ceilings doors and moldings, and replacement of existing light fixtures in two model guestrooms.
Bids are due by 2pm on Wednesday (3/19/25). Please reach out to Carlos Garcia (cgarcia@mcguirebuilders.net) for the bid documents.
