JOB SUMMARY:

Provide administrative support to coordinate and assure the successful execution of all projects and campaigns. Ensures the proper documentation of projects, inventory and staff documentation.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Assists with the recruitment of Demonstrators, Brand Ambassadors, and Spokes Models for client campaigns.

  • Review job applications and assist with conducting technical interviews to screen talent.

  • Review and filter applications from potential candidates.

  • Maintain updated employee work records.

  • Ensure that all employee records and paperwork is processed in a timely manner.

  • Inform the recruited employees about their job responsibilities, work rules, benefits, and growth opportunities.

  • Assist with new employee onboarding and company orientation.

  • Provides demo signage, badges, and information for obtaining health cards.

  • Place online orders as required by operations team.

  • Support operations team as needed.

  • Maintain files and control sheets of warehouse inventory, to include client’s promotional items and company’s materials.

  • Schedule appointments and office meetings as needed, including travel and accommodation arrangements and preparing related materials for the company as required.

  • Shipping of materials for field staff as needed for campaigns/projects.

  • Assist with preparing event reports for clients and internal operations reports.

  • Attend company events as needed.

  • Complies with all company policies and procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills developed over Transitional Job:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.

  • Additional skills: excellent interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, reading skills, social media skills, customer service, diplomacy and professionalism, attention to detail, math aptitude, planning and organization, time management, positive attitude towards challenges.


HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 4pm
