JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for coordinating production of materials, developing digital content from in-person events, social media content creation, and scheduling.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Developing tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires.

  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify market trends.

  • Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly.

  • Creating graphic representations of data and translating research into easily readable content from stakeholders and other departments.

  • Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs.

  • Measuring consumer satisfaction with products and services.

  • Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram), adjusting outreach tactics as needed.

  • Support with the production of promotional materials for the company and for clients. Maintain expense records for all projects and ensure expenses are within the campaign/project budget.

  • Digital content coordination and developing including: attend in-person events to gather digital content for clients, partner with Project Manager to understand and execute digital marketing strategies with partners, community management for clients and agency social media channels, create and edit content from events for videos and images for social media.

  • Promptly communicate with the Account Manager on any clarifications or unexpected changes to the project.

  • Attend company events as needed


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual English-Spanish required.

  • Leadership, interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, organized, detail oriented.

  • Personal use computer and social media skills preferred.

  • Customer service experience preferred.

  • Ability to manage time independently.

  • Ability to manage projects independently.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday – Friday: 9AM – 4PM
