Pixel and Magic is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Coordinator Intern to support their digital media efforts, working on building their online presence and engaging the community. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with an interest in social media, digital platforms, and photography who is excited to gain hands-on experience in social media management.
Job Title: Social Media Coordinator (90-Day Internship)
Location: Remote (with occasional in-person meetings every few weeks)

Type: 90-day internship with job offer at the end of training
Hours: 4-5 a week depending
Location: Remote, with periodic in-person meetings in OC area
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management: Develop and schedule social media posts, leveraging photography and graphic design to create engaging content that aligns with brand goals and visual standards.
Platform Management: Manage and monitor our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business, engaging with our audience, responding to messages, and fostering a strong online community.
Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the team to support and execute social media strategies that align with our brand goals, leveraging data insights and trends to inform content decisions.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Knowledge or experience in digital media, social media marketing, communications, or a related field.
Platform Experience: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and Google My Business.
Website Proficiency: Experience with Wix is a plus.
Photography Skills: Interest and basic skills in photography, with an eye for visual content that appeals to online audiences.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-Motivated & Collaborative: Able to work independently in a remote setting, while collaborating effectively during in-person meetings every few weeks.
