About

PSQ Productions is seeking to add team members to our event crew to manage our increased event schedule for 2024 and into 2025. We are looking to add team members with event production experience, or if you have an interest in gaining some experience in the event industry, then this might be for you.

As an event crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and efficiently by being part of our on-site production team.

All of our events are local, in the Orange County Area, with our largest event coming up in November, December, and January at the OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa.

Type of events we produce: Professional Soccer Games, Beer Festivals, Food & Entertainment Festivals, Concerts in the Park, Charity Walks, Holiday Event Extravaganzas, Corporate & Government Events, just to name a few! For more information here’s our website https://www.psqproductions.com/.


Job Title: Event Crew

Location: Irvine, CA

 

For some of our current team members this is a part-time or 2nd (fun) job, so we can work with you on determining what work or event schedule works for you.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and teardown of event displays, equipment, and structures such as decor, signage, stages, tents, fencing, and lighting

  • Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of event materials, equipment, and decor at event venues

  • Comply with safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment during event production

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment

  • Experience or an interest in event production

  • Ability to work flexible hours, days, and weekends

  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Experience operating event equipment such as power tools, golf carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts would be a plus.

Benefits

  • Pay range is $20 - $22/Hour based on experience

  • Up to 40 hours/week available

  • Year-round part-time work may be available, based on performance and availability for other projects and events
