JOB SUMMARY:
SKC-West, Inc. is an established business in Fullerton for 50 years that sells and services instrumentation for the Industrial Hygiene and Environmental markets.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
• Assist in the review and preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs)
• Analyze and evaluate proposals and contracts received
• Maintain required records for contracting activities/actions
• Handle administrative aspects for company trade shows
• CRM maintenance
• Assist with social media and Constant Contact communication
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Some knowledge of social media management (professional or personal) preferred
• Experience with Constant Contact preferred
• Experience working with contracts and bid preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Exceptional communication skills
WORK EXPERIENCE SKILLS DEVELOPED:
• Review and preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Evaluate proposals and contracts received
• Maintain records for contracting activities
• Handling of administrative aspects for company trade shows

WORK SCHEDULE:
Office operates Monday – Friday 8 am-5pm. Schedule will be within operational hours. On-site position.
