Job Summary:
Slow Blinks Cat Sitting is a boutique pet care service specializing in bespoke cat care experiences. They cater to discerning cat owners who seek expert, in-home care for their feline companions. They are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to support their marketing and administrative efforts. This fully remote position is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation, with a love for cats, and small business growth.
Essential Job Duties:
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and engage with content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Content Creation: Write blog posts, newsletters, and marketing emails to connect with the audience.
Graphic Design: Design eye-catching visuals for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
Website Updates: Maintain and update the company website with fresh content and service information.
Email Marketing: Assist in crafting and sending marketing emails and promotions.
Market Research: Analyze customer engagement metrics and industry trends to improve marketing strategies.
Client Communication Support: Help organize client records, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling.
Special Projects: Support marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must have a web enabled smart phone and internet connected home computer available to use, and a quiet environment in which to work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Basic graphic design skills preferred (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms preferred (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Passion for animals—especially cats—is a plus!
