JOB SUMMARY:
They're seeking a proactive individual to help expand their reach and connect with communities in need of their services.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Development and execution of outreach plans to increase awareness of the telehealth clinic's services.
Identification of community organizations, legal aid agencies, and immigration advocacy groups to promote the services.
Organization and participation in virtual events, webinars, and community forums to provide information about the services.
Monitoring of outreach efforts and analysis of metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Serving as a point of contact for inquiries about the clinic's services, providing information and assistance to prospective clients and referral sources.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
Passion for promoting access to mental health services and supporting immigrant populations
SKILLS DEVELOPED:
Strategic planning and execution of outreach plans
Networking and relationship-building with community organizations and advocacy groups
Event coordination and presentation skills for virtual events and webinars
Analysis of outreach efforts and metrics to inform data-driven recommendations
Customer relations regarding clinic’s services and referral sources
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday – Saturday: 8AM – 6PM
Sunday: 9AM – 12PM
