Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will support That Good Good, LLC. by creating engaging content, growing brand awareness, and managing social media interactions. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about beauty, wellness, and social media marketing.

 

Essential Job Duties:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and interactive content.

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and user-generated content creators.

  • Track engagement metrics and analyze content performance.

  • Stay updated on social media trends and integrate them into content strategies.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase brand visibility.

  • Monitor customer feedback and track brand sentiment.

  • Assist in influencer outreach and campaign management.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Passion for social media, marketing, and beauty/wellness industries.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to trends.

  • Basic video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere) is a plus.

  • Creativity and ability to generate engaging, viral content.

  • Basic understanding of analytics and content performance tracking.

  • Digital marketing and brand development.

  • Influencer collaboration and outreach.

  • Data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.

  • Community engagement and customer service skills.


Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday: Hybrid Position

Flexible scheduling available.
